COACHING/MENTORING FOR PRINCIPALS, SUPERINTENTDENTS, & ADMINISTRATIVE TEAMS

Summer Retreat in Lake Tahoe
Attend the CCG Annual Leadership Seminar

  • Participant(s) will identify strengths, challenges, areas for growth, and will set year-long goals and objectives for personal and professional growth

  • Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning event

  • Monthly mentoring/coaching sessions

    • Weekly check-ins (August - May)
      weekly scheduled phone calls to provide any needed guidance; once a month Zoom meetings to review progress, coaching, etc.

    • Once a month in-person, three hour session (September - December and February - May)
      mentor will provide on-site coaching support

Winter Refocus & Reenergize Retreat in Lake Tahoe
Participant(s) to attend CCG Education Leadership Winter retreat (January TBD)

  • Participants will reflect on growth for the year, access and update goals and objectives to refocus and reenergize for the remainder of the year

  • Sunday afternoon through Monday evening event
